Job Summary:
An LNA provides basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). They assist patients with daily activities and ensure comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting)
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure)
• Help with mobility, transferring, and positioning patients
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patients and rooms
• Observe and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Assist with medical equipment and basic procedures
• Provide emotional support to patients
